It's a free .TXT reader, that internally links to the PG collection. It's much easier on the eyes when it comes to reading, and easier for searching and accessing PG.
(He also makes a program called YWriter, which might be handy for some, if you haven't already 'wedded' yourself to another program, such as I have.)
