Yes indeed-brilliant opening and congratulations-it is not an easy task yet the writing as I said and believe is quite brilliant. The reader must know more and that is the key after all! In a mere 100 words we are sucked in and the last part leaves the reader with the feeling that there might just-aside from rampant sexual passion-be a bit of humor involved which I really like a lot-fun and sex yessiree!!!!

Thanks for the encouragement, everyone. I was kinda' down in the dumps the night before -- existential writers' angst, sort of thing -- so it was perfect timing to get this good news yesterday.

JD, who now has to fill in the gaps in the draft story so she can write the synopsis and send in the proposal to the agency!
