Does anybody know a site out there where I can find a breakdown of the mineral/vitamin content of different foodstuffs?
If anybody does have any experience of this type of thing, I am looking for something high in molybdenum and low in copper.
Many thanks.

You can also try the food nutrient lab through the USDA but my recollection is that the layout is less user friendly.

If you are including looking at calories, be sure to check the dates on the studies. If it's more than 20 years old, the estimated or reported calories will likely be low compared to actual values. That's when they started across the board selecting for sweeter fruits and vegetables
