Hi--
I am looking for anyone who is involved in a long-distance relationship. I need stories for an article I am writing on how to handle such a situation. You can email me at
jblee46@yahoo.com.
Thanks!

Hiya.

I was involved in a long-distance relationship; my husband and I lived 8 hours apart when we were dating.

Does that count? :D

Same deal as Monkey, here. I dated my boyfriend (now husband) for 6 months. Then we were apart for a year. He proposed like 2 days after I got home. By the time we got married, we'd been physically together for just about the same time we'd been apart. :)

Well, my husband and I were in a long distance relationship. When we met - over the Internet - I was in Canada and he in Sri Lanka. We met in person two months later and were married eight hours later. :D

We haven't been apart since. :) Does this qualify?

I met my husband in college -- only I was in Tennessee and he was in Ohio. We met on the Internet, too, and married a year later.

Bloomer,
My niece is doing her senior (HS) thesis on this very topic! She was in an LDR with a boy in Wisconsin for about a year. I bet she'd love to be interviewed if you need a younger subject. PM me if you do.
