Cats & Kittens Magazine

Anyone know if Cats & Kittens magazine is still around? I sent a query back in July and received no word. I wanted to submit the idea to other markets, so I sent a follow-up in December and still got no response. Finally I sent another note that I am withdrawing the submission.

From poking around the internet, it almost looks like this magazine may have ceased publication but I can't tell for sure. Any firsthand knowledge would be appreciated!
