Could you please recommend any course or book to teach Children picture book writing?

Hello everybody. I am newcomer here. Here is Wang Jian, author of When Your Heart Seeks the Sky. Recently, I hope to learn how to write children picture book. I checked web site of Laura Joffe Numeroff . She said she ever took course at campus in writing and illustrating books for children so that she finally write if you give a mouse cookie. Moreover, I checked many children picture book writer and find most of those take lesson on writing and illustrating books for children. So here is my question. Do you know any online class to teach writing and illustrating books for children or any great book to teach us such subject so that I could write children picture book?
