It depends on what rights you agreed to when they published it online. If it was one time rights, then yes, you can resubmit as long as you're upfront about when/where the story previously appeared.

Some journals don't accept stories that are still available elsewhere online. Some do.
You'd have to check with your target market and if they're one of the publications not keen on having the story available elsewhere, you need to make a decision if it is worth asking the previous publication to pull the archived story. Always make sure you know whether you can pull a story, before you agree to sell the story.
