If your query is rejected by the uberagent at a large, successful agency, is it bad manners to re-submit to a lesser agent at the same agency?

Sometimes the queries all come into one place and they are passed around. At William Morris it might only go to the agent you send it too so I would take another look at your query- add the first five pages and send it- It can't hurt.
