Is it better to say Middle Grade fiction or Juvenile Fiction in a query letter? Also, for cover letters to the UK if anyone has had experience?

Is it better to say Middle Grade fiction or Juvenile Fiction?

My understanding is that middle grade is a sub-division of juvenile. Juvenile could include all ages, 0-18, while middle grade is specifically elementary and middle school age, about 7-13. But for the UK, the terms may be used differently.
