If you like quirky documentaries and retro arcade games, I recommend The King of Kong, just out on DVD.
It's about a regular guy in Washington who tries to take down the all-time Donkey Kong record, which is held by a (highly eccentric, and highly egocentric) hot sauce tycoon from Florida.
A hilarious, unusual, and suprisingly touching movie. Highly recommended.
And of course you can go right from the movie to the huge controversy that is brewing about the film over on TwinGalaxies.com. Or, you know, you could go out and try to break the Donkey Kong record. Either way.
