Has AW ever looked into adding a spoiler code? Another vbulletin community I belonged to had it. Members would use
spoiler details here
and the text would show up in write so you had to highlight it if you wanted to read it. It was really popular when talking about movies. Just a suggestion that worked better than ***warning spoiler ahead***. ;)

Better spoiler codes I've seen actually put the offending text into a box that no one can see until they click a button to expand it.

Also, the white-text thing only works here if people are using very specific monitor settings combined with certain OS settings.

IMDb's relatively-new spoiler code works like the one Bart mentions. I like it--when the excited kids remember to use it, because some of us wait until movies come to DVD.

Sorry, that's the spoiler code I meant. I couldn't seem to recall last night exactly what it was but I knew it hid the text. It wasn't white. Sorry about that.
