Yes, the global illuminati librarian conspiracy strikes again.

I heard they slipped something into the Patriot Act that allows for overdue fines to be punishable by beheading, too.

Librarians are in a great position to know what readers want and write to the market. Maybe that's what they've done.

I was curious and looked up the recipient this year - she's lovely and doesn't she look like a benevolent witch or fairy? I hadn't heard of her but apparently her books are something really special and this particular book is spectacular.
