Where do I find a cookbook proposal sample?

What are you googling? For instance, have you perhaps tried - non-fiction proposal for a cookbook

I found one here. Didn't vet it but noted, as have you apparently, that there are a lot of guidelines out there and some seem quite specific. With so many guidelines, why do you feel the need to study samples? Just study the guidelines, write one, polish it 'til it shines, and if you feel the need for feedback,you can submit it for scrutiny in our Share Your Work forum.
