What sort of fantasy are you interested in? Magic, faeries, werewolves, vampires, something completely different or all of the above?
If you're into faeries then I'd second the recommendation for Wicked Lovely by Melissa Marr and would add Tithe, Valiant and Ironside by Holly Black.
If you want something with a historical bent to it, then Endymion Spring by Matthew Skelton is worth a look (although I'm not convinced it quite comes off in the execution).
The Black Tattoo by Sam Enthoven weaves magic and demons and I thought was a good, entertaining read.
Magic or Madness and Magic Lessons by Justine Larbalestier are two incredibly good reads, with a real bittersweet take on magic and good use of location.
SKulduggery Pleasant by Derek Landy is also a good read, featuring a skeleton detective and more magic than you can shake a stick at. He also does something different with vampires, which I'm all in favour of.
