I wasn't sure where to put this, but since it's a question, I figured this might be a good place. Anyway, I was wondering about the guidelines for FLUX. On their site it says that your submission MAY include a query, a synopsis and the entire manuscript. BUT, it also says, "You may query without sending an attached manuscript or synopsis, if you prefer."
So, does that mean you could send like, the manuscript and the query, but not the synopsis. Or, does it just mean you can simply query and THEN send the manuscript and the synopsis? And is either better to do? I mean, like, is it better to JUST query or to send the whole MS? Does it matter in this case, because their guidelines say you can do either?
