Scene Changes

I don't think there's a particular number of scene changes allowed per chapter. I think it's just what works for that certain chapter. I think the important thing is to make sure it's not randomly put in a chapter in which it has nothing to do with the theme or situations.

However many it takes to make the chapter work.
