We have found a new home for our novel Goldie.
A small e-publisher named Stonehedge has accepted the ms for publication and the editor liked it so much she asked for permission to send it to the editor and owner of another small press for possible "print" publication.
This isn't the big time, but it's a good start and we couldn't be happier!
We got our rights returned last year, but continued to be brokenhearted because no one wanted to do a reprint of our book. Going with PA almost ruined our chances of getting Goldie reprinted and into reader's hands.
Moral of this story...never, never give your "first rights" to a vanity press who's only interest is selling your book to YOU.
