stop-motion animation RAWKS

Well, it does. At least, to most people of a certain age (like me), it does. I'd forgotton how much I missed it until the other night, when I popped in a DVD I'd recently gotten containing both the original RoboCop and Terminator movies. When the great, uber-cool ED 209 first stomped into the conference room, dual miniguns at the ready, I found myself instantly transported back to my kidhood, and the Ray Harryhausen genius that meant you were in for a terrific time.

Anybody else miss the days before CGI-everything?
