I'm looking for help with my Romance/Thriller/Inspirational novel. It's like "Sweet Home Alabama" with a scary turn here and there. This is my polished draft, and at this point I'm looking for someone to critique the work with a fairly thorough eye for structure, plot, characterization, and POV issues. Plus, I'd just like to know if it's worth pursuing publication. I'm at 122K words, and help with ideas on areas I could cut down would be much appreciated as well.

Welcome to AW, jwest. I see this is your first post and I don't know how much you've looked around. But, if you haven't, I suggest you look at the forum called "Share Your Work" which is passwrod protected (vista) and look at the types of posts and comments/critiques being offered there. If SYW looks interesting, you could post your opening 1,000 or so words in the most appropriate forum and see what kind of comments you get - that might also help you get a beta (and it's nice to be able to tell potential betas they can see a sample of your work there.) Thanks Puma! I posted the Prologue in SYW under the title "Love's Providence."
