Anyone heard of...

Has anyone heard of the website http://www.thescreenplayagency.com ? I found it and thought it would be good to send them a little bit of my first screenplay. I just need to know if they are true to their word about destryoing unwanted ideas and are as reputable as the appear to be.

WGA has a list of agents who follow the rules of their membership and there are others, but for the most part you have to pay for the lists if you want them.

The reputable ones are those who won't sign you until you have a sale lined up to hand them 10% to negotiate.
