Capitalize Sir?

A child speaking to his father says, "Yes, Sir."

Should the Sir be capitalized?

In BDSM works it is, I would assume it would be in a child/adult sense as well... for respect and all that.

No. You capitalize 'sir' when it's part of a name--Sir John--but not when it's just a respectful add-on.
Yes, miss. Yes, sir. Yes, darling. All get treated the same way.
I think BDSM goes by different etiquette, where respectful titles take on another dimension of meaning.

colour me wrong on the child/adult aspect of it.
