Increasing size of PM box

Is there any way to do this? The total number of PMs I can have is 50, so I find the box constantly on the verge of being full.

Become a mod. We get 500.

(But I still have to delete a bunch every week or two to make space.)

I'm not sure about this but I think benefactor members (those who donate a few bucks to AW) also get an increase in their storage space. Mac, Lisa or Charlie should be able to verify that.

I know that was true back when the standard size was 25, Frank, but I'm not sure if it still was or not.

Good question! I am always sorting & deleting....I usually dump the sent ones right away so I have more room. Mine sits at over 50 too.

If you look at the bottom of the page, below your listed messages, you should see this:

Download all Private Messages as:
XML | CSV | TEXT

Select the one you want and save your PMs. Then you can clean out your PM box and have plenty of room for new ones.

Actually, I've found the easiest way to increase the size of my pm box is plugging in a larger monitor.

Or, fiddling with screen resolution.

Or - and this is the best solution - both.

Man, you can make that box HUUGE on a big-a** Vaio!
