Did anyone see Dr. Phil yesterday??? PublishAmerica was on for a few seconds...about publishing a book.

No, Dr. Phil had a show ona dysfunctional relationship between a mother and a daughter. Mom started a book, daughter finished it, and there was a dispute over the "supposed" money that royalties would bring.

Actually, that may be the best a PA book ever sold . . . wether it's good or not, simply because it was on Dr Phil. He did look at the PA employee who was at the show and said "How safe is it to say that Publish America has never written a 3 million dollar check?" She said "Pretty safe. I don't believe we've ever written one that big." DUH!
Sad situation though - I hope they work it out, her and her mom I mean. Life's too short.

I saw that bit--I felt so smart knowing that PA is a scam. *sigh* I guess I'm really just getting to be an "old" newbie.
