what a beautiful show.

i havent gotten to the last 2 episodes yet, but from what i've seen this show hasnt missed a beat.

basically it follows an LA writer who stopped writing after the love of his life left him.

david duchovony is fantastic as the lead, and the chemistry w his love interest is both real and charming.

there really arent many things in the world that get the bravo seal of approval, but this show certainly does.

watch it.

Have you ever seen those bendy straws? I thought the show sucked sh!t through one of those bendy straws. But the nice thing about TV is there's something for everyone.

That line: "It's not going to suck itself," was pretty funny though.

No, it's actually been renewed for a second season.

Which is great because I've watched four so far and I love it. David Duchovney is damn funny in the role and I think a lot of his frustration is identifiable in writers who feel like they're living in the wrong place. I know I do. Lotsa swears, lotsa sex - yeah, all right. :)

Yeah, I just watched the new episode that I tivo'd, and I bawled like a colicky infant. Then again, I've been crying a lot lately. Could be just me, but there were a lot of things I identified with in the last episode. *shrugs*
