I have immortals with swords! Wee! Mine is dark fantasy though...for different reasons entirely. And it's not at all urban. You'd need to give us a setting to know for sure. "Like the Highlander movie" isn't enough to go on, imo. Is the idea like the Highlander movie? The setting? Or all of it?

Definitely fantasy. Possibly urban, contemporary, dark, etc. as a sub-genre, depending, as others have said, on what all's involved.

The setting is very close to Highlander in many aspects -- a real world in which guys with powers exist (think heroes) and existed all through the history.
By the way, Az, you'll know the setiing for the part of it when you read what I sent you (but remember, this is a novelettte that later will become a whole part of the novel
