Is it possible to die of waiting?

...sure feels like it sometimes.

I have come to the conclusion that waiting is definitely the hardest part of writing.

Do you get mad at the computer when you're expecting something via email? It's like when you're waiting for a phone call and get irritated at all your friends or your mom because it's one of them at the other end and not the editor or agent you want to hear from?

You know, I have two tabs open in firefox for a reason. One is AW, the other says "Gmail-Inbox(200). I wait all day for it to hit 201. LoL.

If you drink enough you might just black out and then the wait will seem so much shorter. You know, because you've lost all that time. Maybe when you regain consciousness the wait will be over.

I hope you throw up all over an acceptance instead of a rejection.

I died of waiting a few months ago. Basically I'm a zombie now. It's not too bad, but the rotting flesh smell is starting to get a little socially awkward. Don't worry about it.
