I love that movie! Does it count as crap...hmm dunno about that. It's definitely a guilty pleasure for me though.

What was it some critic said about Milla Jovovich? "the beauty of a greek goddess and the acting talent of a greek pillar" or something.

Her aside, given the budget and the setting they had, the film should have been FAR better.
More so for the second one.

 Mallrats ~ no matter how many times I watch this, I still catch myself laughing. And it is pretty bad.

EDIT***Actually I'm going to go out on a limb and say Green Street Hooligans is actually pretty decent.

Independence Day.....truly awful in every way, but soooo much fun to watch!
Top Gun.....how much male bonding can you stand,but OH so watchable.
Armageddon......bruce will save the day from the asteroid that is hitting us.
