Whew! I feel totally exhausted! I finished the RD of my very first novel! 82,000 words in two months!

Pop the bubbly! Time to celebrate! :partyguy:

It's a fantasy about free will and fate. My MCs are two beings fated to be together, representing yin and yang. In order to maintain balance for those on earth, one cannot exist without the other. They battle against those who have free will and desire power. Will they survive?
(Only I know the answer!)

Anyway, I will return to this book in 6 weeks to work on the second draft.
It just feels awesome!

Thanks for all your answers to my questions, for the support, and for the diversion I needed during the tough scenes!

*blowing kisses!*

Congratz, congratz, congratz! It does sound interesting. I love balance/yin yang things.

Good luck when you go back for round 2...nyeheheh...:tongue |xX

Muchos-congratulationos!

If you haven't picked up a copy, 6 weeks gives you more than enough time to read "Self-Editing For Fiction Writers"...it's full of good advice.

Woohoo! HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT!! Not sure what RD stands for, so I don't know what the next step is, but whatever it is, I wish it to be fast and easy and brilliant and for loads of money. :D

Thanks all! I think I got 5 hours of sleep last night. (or should I say, early this morning.) I was totally giddy.
Thanks again!

RD stands for "rough draft".

Congrats on getting your ms done in two months. That's very quick. I wish I could do that.
