i've had a couple of short films made from scripts i've written, and they're making rounds in festivals.

Now, you must tell us about the Blair Witch projects! I'm sure everyone want to know.

I live very close to this event and it becomes the third largest city in Nevada for a week.
It is a really interesting time, REALLY interesting.
Their is amazine art, costumes, structures, stuff, a lot of nudity and more alcohol than I have ever seen in one place. It is an interesting mix of young and old.
I think last year they 30 different countries present. It has become a huge event and the pass throughs of people coming and going in my town has become wonderful novel fodder.

I saw Burning Man: Beyond Black Rock and found it very interesting. I don't know exactly what suburban boulder I'd been hiding under, but I knew nothing about this festival.

What I particularly liked about the treatment in this documentary was that it didn't presume anything about the viewer. By that I mean that it would have been very easy to exclude people, like me, who would probably die of un-hipness at such an event.

Watching this film, I can see where it would ignite a craving to make the trip to Black Rock in some people, but it's just as interesting for people who would appreciate it as an amazing production and spectacle that they'll likely never see. I'm glad I got a glimpse of it -- well-hydrated, from my air-conditioned living room.

Good show.
