Sci Fi and Fantasy Mags

Hullo everybody! ^_^ I've spent a year churning out fantasy short stories and I realize it is not easy to have a short story book published unless I have magazine credits under my belt. Does anyone here have a favorite magazine or anthology? Is anyone here on the short story circuit? Anyone else the old Marion Zimmer Bradley 'Sword & the Sorceress' book that came out once a year?
