First question: If an agent wants the first 5 or 10 pages of your manuscript to be included with your query, should it be formatted the same as when submitting the whole manuscript, with the standard "Last name/Title/Page number" header?
Second question: If an agent asks for a partial, do you submit it the same way, starting with page 1, or do you need a title page? I assume title pages are only used for the full manuscript, but I don't want to get it wrong.
