Anyone familiar with Ace response times?

Ace SF&F guidelines say their return times on e-queries is three months. It's been a little over four for mine and I haven't heard anything. If anyone's familiar with the actual return times on queries from Ace, please let me know if I should I wait a little longer before I send an email asking if my query was received.

I know I made a similar post last month about another market, and the advice was to send a polite note. I did, and got a rejection right back--but that's better than not knowing, so I'm thinking I might do the same thing now.

As long as you've waited the request time + a reasonable lag time, no one will fault you the polite follow-up letter.
