My MC got fired from his sales job at a crappy company only to be hired into a sales job working for his controlling girlfriend's father.
He's in a bad way.

I have a bookeeper for a home renovation company, a guy who does odd jobs here and there because he never knows where he'll end up (but his parents wanted him to be an accountant), and a fellow who works in the hard-count room of a casino.

I did work as a bookeeper, twice. Once for a food service company, once for a trucking company. Oddly enough, I spent most of my working life behind a bar, but I've yet to give that occupation to a character. Maybe I should. Lots of drama and goings-on in that field.

Sadly, I was everything of the sort until I quit my teaching job four months ago.

My antagonist's job:

Nikoli- Attempting to convince everyone he's God

So I guess Morghan is the breadwinner of the bunch. The rest are just bums.

Kate is a college student. She doesn't have a job (she has student loans and supplements from Mom/Dad) and doesn't have a car. Though I guess you could say her job is dealing with werewolves... but that's not really a job, more like a survival thing...

My MC is a teenager, so she's a student, but she's also recently gotten involved with the police using her psychic powers to solve crimes. Her father does the same thing, but he also does research in paranormal psychology at a university, along with helping psychic children refine their talents.

Sarah is a secretary (glamerous I know!) although I havn't actually written anything about her job really as at the moment, she is on leave. Lee is a Detective in the police.

He's a student, first at high school and then at Harvard. He's also really good at gardening, and so he has a growing roster of neighbors and acquaintances who pay him to tend their gardens and do yard work.

His dad was a bartender. His mom is a receptionist (which I was, for a little while. Good job for having spare time to add to your WIP!). His girlfriend is a ballerina.

My WIP has three MC's:
Old guy - Retired assassin
Young guy - Former assassin, now surgeon.
Girl - Librarian

I know a lot of people in the medical field, including surgeons, but I'm definitely NOT one. I briefly contemplated becoming a librarian before realizing I'd be bored out of my mind. And no, I'm not in any way an assassin. I don't even kill bugs, usually. Except for silverfish. I HATE silverfish.
