I think sometimes it can take up to six months if it's made it through Jimmy and has gone on to Johnene. It's happened to me a couple of times that a story has progressed to Johnene but she's rejected it. And it's taken almost six months.

I'd wait until you pass the six-month mark before inquiring. Good luck!

P.S. I think I read in their guidelines that if you haven't heard by six months, you should resend the story.

Hi Birdfeeder, that's valuable information you posted there. Now I don't need to fret every day about the piece of mine they've had for three and a half months--I guess it'll take quite a bit longer.
