Can anyone help?

I'm looking for a world building sf/fantasy online workshop. Preferable a free one or under 30$ US. I've looked and look but the only one I've found thus far is Holly Lisle's which is good but I'd like some more info. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I don't know about online workshops, but if you look there are a lot of general worldbuilding resources, many of them RPG-oriented but still quite suitable for fantasy. The one I've been referring back to a lot is here. Lots of great links.
