Be sure to check what you find against the Bewares and Background Check board. You want to avoid the nasties.

Try the inside page of all the fantasy books on your shelves.
It will have the address and website of the book's publisher.
Go to the website and read their SUBMISSION GUIDELINES first.
If they are not there, then go to the reference shelf of your library, the 808 section. Sometimes it will be shelved with the books you can check out. Again, the 808 section.
You'll find a copy of Writer's Market 2007.
The index will point you to the right houses along with their guidelines.
A little research will save you a lot of money in postage costs.
