Well i'm at it again...after finishing my first screenplay i'm working on another--not sure which direction I want it to go but it's about Vampires

i loved The Hunger w/catherine denueve, david bowie, and susan sarandon. it was not a big action monstery flick but it was sexy as hello!
unfortunately, vampire scripts sell like westerns - no one wants them because they think everything has been done already. so you must be ultra original with your idea and it's quite unlikely that it'll still even be considered. oddly enough thou - one (but just one) vampire and one (but just one) western flick gets made and widely released every year. so there's no room for newbies to get that one.

Well it's a different take on Vampires--won't go into too much detail but I don't think it's ever been done before.
Just curious... but why post that you have a new screenplay if you're not interested in sharing? Did you have a question about it? Do you need advice? Are you just tooting your horn? If so this should probably go in the "tooting your horn" forum.

Just announcing that i'm working on a new screenplay and nothing more--wasn't sure where it needed to go and if it is in the wrong place then it can be moved--no big deal.
I don't feel like sharing with people on here---just a personal choice and I hope others respect that. I respect that some people don't share their work.

Listen, you can't go about with an avatar as friendly as the Icee Polar Bear and make these statements that you won't share. There's a fundamental incongruity that, frankly, shakes the foundation of all things good and pure.
And especially about vampires too, I mean, that's some seriously cool stuff. I'm going to be forced to post more crap about the senseless slaughter of cats if you don't, and no one wants to see that.

Hmm, I tried moving this thread into Toot Your Horn forum but the system told me I don't have Warrior Woman Level III Access, whatever that means.
