I think I remember seeing somewhere that this pic is a fan creation. The other one is the real one.

Yup, that's a fake one. It's an edited version of the poster from the old movie The Man Who Laughs, starring Conrad Veidt. It's benn floating around for months. Notice that this looks nothing like Heath Ledger, who's known to be playing the Joker.
