Another 200 or so. But I have a pal who's going to start nagging me, I hope. I find that works for me.

and I re-organized all my MSWord files and docs...otherwise they'd have jumped right out of the laptop and swarmed the house. I barely made it out alive as it is.
all that since the start of June. I can't decide if I'm proud of myself or annoyed with myself...this is more daily wordage than I've had in a while, but I was offline the whole time and short of my pre-set YA wip goal...I think I'll decide I'm happy I'm writing daily again.
Anyway, great work everybody! And nagging does work.

I'm back! I know y'all missed me. Sea World was a hoot and I roughed out a new short. About 2-3K. I can't tell since it's still in longhand and has so many scratch outs and itty bitty writing in the margins.
And 1K today on my new WIP.

for JJ and SoccerMom! 150 today on the short story (whee), but more thought on the WIP. These things always pull the rug out from under you. In my profile I should probably change it to say that my ultimate writing dream is to write an outline that acutally sticks once the writing starts.

I didn't get anything written today other than my blog in the early hours of the morning but hey it's writing right? I did spend some time doing critiques in the Suddenly Fiction forum though.

Good job everyone! I did 1,000 words on Saturday and another 1,000 on Sunday and submitted another story and even a query.
Another 1,000 Monday and about 600 more today.

Had a crazy few days but managed to finish the draft of the short story, at 3600 words. Going to set that aside and work on some flash fiction before I edit that.
Got a 194-word flash piece that I might post in the sudden fiction forum for feedback. I'll let that wait a day or two though, I won't inflict a first draft on anybody.
