Would it be appropriate to e-mail an agent 2 or 3 days after sending a requested e-mail attachement of a full ms?

I sent mine last Friday afternoon (today is Wed), and did ask if she had time to send an email acknowledging receipt of said ms. No response, but she has been travelling and I know it can take a few days to catch up.

I started the ball rolling with an e-query, she requested the ms e-mail, and now I'm freaking out that she may not have gotten the ms or can't open the attachment in the form I sent.......

Trying to focus on my current book, but also wearing out the receive button on my inbox!

Sit on your hands.
Wait.
Wait.
And wait some more.
Really.
Especially if you send things Friday afternoon. Give her A FULL WEEK to let you know it arrived.
Your wording makes it a bit problematic "If you have time please let me know you got it." What if she doesn't have time for a week?
Even with stuff going on with my book coming out there ARE times that I don't hear back right away from my agent or editor.
Sit.
On.
Your.
Hands.
One week still allows you to re send comfortably if she says she did not receive it. BTW. I have 3 email accounts and would copy my other one when I sent to agents to see if everything came through as I intended. I also put wording in my cover letter that said (nicely) Could you please let me know if you receive this and can open my attachment satisfactorily?
Hope this helps.
PS (Wait)

Yes - and it is difficult for one who has the patience of a child.

And you need to mention that once you had a sale your book got fast-tracked. Most authors wait two to three times longer than you did. It is a slow, slow world.

(Wait!:))

I am still waiting... it's been a full week, but I have decided not to e-mail the agent today. If having a full ms on an agent's dest at Trident is as far as I get in my writing career I want to enjoy it a little longer - no sense in risking her bumping up a rejection letter in the event that she chooses to pass!

I recall reading that somewhere on the Trident thread, but was hoping that since she's a brandy new agent who is building her client list, that...
Also, she was really quick to respond to my e-mail query - three days.

Working on my current novel, laundry and helping my kids negotiate who gets what part of the grove of pines and maples behind our house, to themselves (like there isn't enough room for both of them) should keep my mind off of it this weekend.
