I couldn't believe that under the "Experiences of a Lifetime" there is a listing for a cabin stay on the Pere Marquette River. I grew up on the PM River...it's just about 20 minutes from where I live now. Damn, if I could just figure out where her cabin is, I could stalk a real live author.

I just think it's really neat because living here, I don't think of it as a fun place to go for vacation...though every summer we're completely overrun with tourists. There must be something interesting about this county!
