I know many of you probably do some of this on a professional level. But I am looking for other writers, editors or publishers who might want to take a look at some things I have written for children, and comment based on your experience or simply your opinions.

Aside from my unfortunate and hopefully soon-to-be ended association with PA I have had literary non-fiction published in paying markets, I'm ghostwriting my second book (written for an audience of teenage girls primarily), and a poem I wrote and had printed on a poster has far outsold both of my PA manuscripts...no offense taken if you chuckle at that one.

My point being is that I can and do write some pretty good stuff. I'm willing to work on it to make it better, and if you'd like to help me I would be happy to do the same for you.

I don't know if I have posted this on the right thread. My mapquest for this site doesn't seem to be working very well.

Hi, Marie. AW has a password protected Share Your Work forum located here:
http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=26

The password is vista and is used to prevent google from picking up the entries. You'll find a Children's forum there. Simply post your work when ready.

Please check out the main thread:

http://www.absolutewrite.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=135

for guidelines and information on posting. Many of the critters have specific tastes and wants when reviewing work. It's best to follow these guidelines to get the best response from others.

Good luck! :)
