I have a question about billing. I’m willing to bet that it’s a stupid question, but bear in mind that this is my first client and I’m just trying to get this right.
My proposal to my first client included the cost of the product, plus 2 revisions, plus 1 one-hour meeting. All of this is clearly outlined in the proposal. I have already held that 1-hour meeting – did so at the onset of the project right after he agreed to the proposal.
After my client got the initial draft he sent back some edits and asked that we meet again. So when I finish this project, do I add in more $$ for the cost of that extra meeting? Do I tell him/remind him before we meet or just stick it on the invoice and say nothing?
Thanks!
