I wasn't sure where to put this, but I'm taking a chance with here. This is for any genre really, but really great for historical genres. I belong to the SCA. We're like the civil war re-enactors, but we do the middle ages, mostly in Europe with some playing in Russia and Japan. A friend of mine made this great questionaire for creating a persona (who we play at being) but I discovered it was really good for my historical romances. Some of the questions, like Who was pope in the time?, may never make it in the book, but would influence laws/customs etc... The link is
