How do you properly format a sub-title on the cover of a script?

I guess I could google this, but somehow that seems like too much work.

Besides, I'd want to check out my answer with you all after anyway.

To answer your question though, there is no standard.

Just make it clean, simple (no fancy fonts or sizes) and professional looking.
