I've been banned from PA

Well I guess I am going to get my rights back. As I have been banned from posting on the PA board.
I never wrote much on it anyway. I guess this is their way of saying I'm taboooooo.

I wouldn't assume an automatic correlation between being banned from the message board and contract termination. You may still have to persist. But good luck...

It seems like a good start to me on getting my rights back. As I never wrote much on the board, so they would have no reason to ban me. Unless they come here. Which I am sure they did. But yet again, I never said anything against anyone. They did say they were sending me a copy of my contract.
Whatever. Let the games begin.

Banning you is a pre-emptive move to prevent you from contaminating their board with the truth. Now they'll have to decide whether to release you. Odds are they will because it will serve their purposes to claim later that they didn't hold you back from refusing the "chance they gave your book".

If they hold onto your book, that only gives you additional ammunition should you feel it necessary to go to the media in your locality. Then they'll be taking the chance that your story hitting the media is the straw that becomes a national story and breaks their company's back.

As the truth spreads, there will be more bannings. There is a little exodus of recruits currently leaving. I've been watching closely and see that anti-PA statements are on the rise. Pretty soon they won't have anybody left.

We ARE doing some good. Not to hurt PA authors--that is never the goal. But serving wakeup coffee to those, who just might consider a different publisher for the their second book

So here I am in a corner saying, which way do I go, which way do I go.

But I didn't get my rights back for my two books, although I did ask. I am letting them run their course now and I have written more books (e-books).
