I'm sure you've all been there. I keep tinkering with my better work, but I'm never sure it's good enough, so I don't submit it, just keep dicking it around and writing the occasional new thing, which I also don't submit...

I blame spring break. I've been out of school for a few (ok, more than a few) years, but my brain is currently joining all the spring breakers.

I've been at a (work) conference - 200 librarians in the same room! :e2drunk:

No laptop (I'm saving up for one of those) so longhand scribbles in the hotel, but I came up with a short story/ novella idea while I was at the conference dinner and I managed to store the notes for it on my phone! (It's a new phone - I didn't even realise it could do that when I got it! :e2smack:

) The idea's kinda smutty - now I've just got to write it. :whip:

(Along with everything else I stuck on my to-do list.)
