Mine are, from most to least powerful:

1. Air
2. Fire
3. Earth
4. Water

These are based on the ages of the Cantar.

Simple:
wood parts earth;
earth absorbs water;
water quenches fire;
fire melts metal and
metal chops wood.

Oh, you mean the classical Western elements? Do you count Aether, the material of the stars, according to Aristotle? I'd put that on top, if I had to choose.

Power is up to the user's ability, otherwise they're equal. Practically, however, Fire is much more useful on a daily basis than Wood. And Metal is unduly revered because it's rare.

If the classical elements would be translated to my magical system then fire would be the most powerful one. Air, water and earth would be roughly equal. The main reason is because fire can pop out from nowhere, while the others need to be moved around to be manipulated.

IMHO almost every magickal system is about balance. A person may be able to work more strongly with one than the other but it is healthy not to pursue that but to find balance again.
