Which is correct, oh gurus?

They had both drunk enough not to realize the time.
They had both drank enough not to realize the time.

Word is flagging one of them as incorrect. Which one? You tell me.

Both correct, "drunk" being the more frequently used as a past participle. In that case "drunk" is more appropriate since it is associated with a state of drunkeness.
