OK, question for you all: beginning today, I'm going to be posting a "how to" article for writers on my blog each Wednesday. While I'd love for you to stop by and read the debut one today (5 Tips for Writing a Novel), what I'd really like to know is what you would like to see covered in those Wednesday blogs.
I plan on covering everything from How To Write a Query Letter to How to Use Commas Correctly to How to Find the Right Agent to How to Know Where to Insert Chapter Breaks to...
They'll be brief, and hopefully fairly witty and honest, because lord know you can find that info in a million different places on line. Still, I'm finding that from 4+ years of writing novels and entering contests and querying agents and editors and finally signing a contract 2 months ago, I have a lot of "trench experience" that might be worth sharing.
So what sorts of things would you be interested in reading about? And anything from the serious to the outrageous is up for grabs...
